  : They did not reply to my messages via Booking.comTheir page says guests may check in up to 11pm. When I arrived at 9:30, there was no one there and the place was locked. Good thing another guest arrived and showed me the keys. As I needed to leave early for my flight the next morning, there was still no one at the front desk before 7am. After I had left I got a message from Booking.com that I violated the rules by leaving without paying. I replied and explained my side. They never replied even if Booking.com forwarded all the messages. In the end, they charged my credit card - something which they could have done without reporting me when it was actually their fault that I wasn't able to pay on site.
