Nice central location, lovely staff and the lady on reception was really helpful. Super clean and powerful aircon! I liked that the outer door was always locked at night as well as your room door as I felt this offered a bit more security.

Don’t hesitate. We were a bit worried seing the exterior in the pictures. But we don’t regret staying here. the rooms are specious, very clean and confortable beds. Good hot shower, fridge, aircon and balcony. Thé staff are lovely especially Lek at reception. She will help you with anything.Really

Outstanding value. Very comfortable and good sized room. Excellent bed mattress, ac, hot water, cold fridge, close to numerous bars, restos, and beautiful Karon beach. Also the owner / management and staff were attentive 24/7 and very accommodating and friendly.

Was given an upgrade for free. Lovely people running the guesthouse. Comfortable bed, and linen. Water pressure for the toilet is very good, and love how there were shelves around the toilet to place the toiletries. Karon beach is only 5-7 mins walk away.
