The room was soooo big!! There was a mix up with the check-in with our room but the staff was quick to fix it. The receptionists helped us with booking a ferry and with places to go see! Location is decent within walking 10-15 minutes to old town.

The location is excellent! Easy to catch blue songtaews to the beaches and right next to old Phuket Town where there is lots to do and see! Room was very spacious, clean, comfy and had a balcony! Definitely recommend!

The location is incredibly good because it's right at Old Phuket Town. The room size is big. And the best part is when I missed a package in the fridge, they sent it to where I was within the next 2 days. I am so so so thankful to them,

Family owned, a dad and his son helped me to get around the city and organise taxis and ferries. Very helpful. The location is great: close to the main streets of Old Town. Very quiet hotel. Room is big. Air cond worked well.

The most dirty is horrible hotel I have ever booked in Thailand. No windows, dark, dirty toilet, I refused to shower and use the hotel towels, torn sheets so old they are. Room with a strong musty smell mixed with an unbearable rose air freshener spray. I paid 20 Euros which does not compensate the

We had a gorgeous room, very spacious and comfortable with great natural light. Balcony was small but absolutely fine. Staff were so friendly and helpful which made our stay great. Also very good location fir the main sights of Phuket

The room was very spacious and in a good part of the town, near to everything you needed to see. The host was particularly helpful, allowing us to stay an extra night without any issue and sorting out a taxi to get us to the airport at a fair price.

all were good specially the location and the amenities like bike renting and tour packages. the owner was super and he told me only Driving licence of the guests origin country is required to rent and ride a bike which we didn’t know.
