The breakfast was excellent (must take it). The room was clean. Sleeproom's a bit small but ok. Aircon was working well. When you count the overall size of the room's (two sleepromm's, kitchen, livingroom and bathroom) then you have a very good value for the money

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious room. The staff were very friendly and even arranged an early check-in for us. Free parking is available, and bike rentals are nearby. 7-Elevens are within walking distance, but you need a taxi or baht bus to reach Pattaya Beach. Highly recommend this hotel!
