Got charged money for a dirty towel that had a makeup stain on it. Lots of mosquitoes around the property as there is a river beside the rooms.

The room with a direct connection to the pool was great, and the Wi-Fi was perfect. To be honest, these were the only two things I wanted from this stay and the Canale provided those things.

In a quiet spot but close to the beach and shops set in beautiful gardens. Spotlessly clean room with an incredibly comfy bed. The price was good compared to other similar places. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great location. Great and nice staff. They helped us with everything. Our room was ready early so we could check in earlier. The room was clean and beautiful. You can also rent a scooter at the hotel, arrange daily trips etc. Really good breakfast, especially at the egg station

This was our second stay, this time we spent 9 nights at the hotel. It's in a quiet area but still relatively close to Chaweng. The pool area is very nice. The hotel is not huge but big enough so that you feel like the staff is always around. The beds are super comfortable.
