Near to everything, the owner/manager is nice because when we ask the staff to make our room, the staff said she cannot but when the manager heard what she said, he ask the staff to accommodate our request even though it's passed the hour of housekeeping. Hats off to the manager/owner. The room i

Was great service, had the best sleep ever after flying in from Phuket before heading north. You won’t find a better deal with this level of accommodations. It’s near markets, a walk from the airport. Also highly recommended if you are transit by bus or plane.

Terrible place to stay. Dirty, cobwebs everywhere, sink was dirty, same for the showers. We arrived late at night after our flight, the lady at reception wouldn't let us in saying that everything was full, even though thee was space online. We finally booked it online and she said that we'd have to
