They make you pay a damage deposit in cash and then when you check out, they find petty excuses to keep your damage deposit. They rip people off. I’ll never stay there again and don’t recommend anyone else to ever stay there. They’re scammers.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay in Patong! Friendly and helpful staff, perfect main-location near the beach, and a warm, comfortable atmosphere. The bed was a bit firm, but they were already planning to change the mattress. Overall, a very pleasant and reliable place to stay. Highly recommended!

The property location is near to restaurant, beach and bangla street. It is near from 7/11 and etc. however I didn’t like that there’s no cleaning services. We stayed for 7 nights and no one came to clean the rooms in between and we even booked 2 rooms. We have to ask for fresh towels and toiletries
