The staff was really friendly; helpful. I was having some issues with my credit card while booking bus tickets. When I asked the girl from the staff....she did the booking & payment on my behalf from her card ...later I paid her in cash......it was so kind & sweet of her to even print the copy of m

The location was perfect to move around Phuket Town, you can easily walk to restaurants and to the central market in case you want to take a local bus and get to the beaches. They cleaned the bathroom every day and the room was very quiet :), the staff is amazing and helpful.

The hostel really in the phuket town, but have to be careful.. U want Phuket town or Patong or Kata beach area. For new comers rhis might a bit confusing.. So careful on this deciding.. Hostel wise all perfect good clean comfort..

I love the concept of the capsules, you got privacy yet they're big enough to not feel confined. The staff was super nice and friendly and I'd definitely come back to this place. It's in walking distance of old town yet quiet and relaxed.

I had complete privacy in my dorm. The staff was extremely helpful and also booked my minivan to Krabi when my card was getting declined. Everything is pretty accessible from this place. Would love to stay here again.

The bed space is large, comfortable, and isolated noise from the other bunks. A lot of space for storage, and the bathroom was always clean. The staff was super friendly. There was free coffee (instance and machine) and a workspace. The wifi is great in every part of the hostel.
