The breakfast is adequate. Staff are friendly in The Kitchen Table and Namu restaurants. ‘Sweet Spot’ stations where residents can take free cold drinks and ice creams is a nice feature. Good gym and Wi-Fi. However, this is where it ends. This hotel is a huge disappointment.

The sole reason i picked W Koh Samui was the amazing room (Ocean View) they had and the view it came with. In addition i was beyond happy with the breakfast that was included with the stay! One of the best breakfast spreads! Shoutout to the exceptional Thai coconuts that me and my boyfriend had each

We spent 7 days at The W Hotel ! Great location, really beautiful and pleasant rooms, but the thing that makes this such a wonderful place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We particularly wanted to thank Ammie for her kindness
