For me it's a 5* hotel, it's not a luxury hotel but absolutely the best at its price in Thailand. All 4* hotels were worse than Vivance hotel. great service, great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach but wonderfully quiet in the evening, without crowds, loud music and shouting from the restaurant.
