The room was spacious and pools fantastic for younger and older kids. The shade from the buildings kept the kids out of the afternoon sun. Across from the beach and right near some great night markets for food and clothes/souvenirs. Great breakfast and the emerald turtle for the kids comes out. Nic

Good location next to beach (beach itself is awful, take note! Absolutely filthy with rubbish). Spacious rooms. Staff on reception and water slides were very nice. Games room for kids was a fun addition, however some key elements of the games were often missing (I.e. dice for games)

I want to tell you that over the past 2 years, my family and I have vacationed with you 3 times. And you are not changing for the better, in 5-star hotels it should not be that you have to look for a free breakfast table, and the tables are 30 centimeters apart from each other. There are many people
