Hotel is 5-10m walk from the airport. It's located in a back Soi in a quiet location. Has a lift. Rooms are really soundproof, not overly big but ok for what they provide. Comfy beds and pillows, small kitchen (with sink) area, big fridge/micro, no jug, but the owner supplied one for me on request.

Great location to the airport but walkable to many restaurants, shops etc. Walkable to beach too. Lady running the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Great location. 5 minutes walk from the beach, literally 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from airport terminal.
