The staff were honestly unreal, treated you like family. On our last day we checked out at 11am but our flight wasn’t until 9pm and they let us stay until we needed to leave for our flight. Even offered us fresh towels to shower and let us in the pool all day. Daily cleans of our rooms. Location isn

The room is spacious. The beds are comfortable. Big closet, with separate kitchen also inside the room. They clean the rooms everyday. They have a swimming pool too. Will recommend it if you want huge space.

We enjoyed our stay at Baan Petcharat. For us, the hotel was in a good location - it's a 10/15 minute walk to the main area in Patong, but it's far enough away from the madness to get a good night's sleep! The host was warm. Allowed us for early check-in with late check out. Since we had a late flight, they allowed us to wait in the waiting room which was its own beds and bathroom. Moreover, it was closer to all nearby locations. Cherry on the top was the free fruits every morning.

The staff were fantastic and the pool was lovely. My son got an ear infection and the lady from reception was kind enough to give up her afternoon to take us to the hospital. It was well situated in a not-too-noisy part of town.
