The bed was very comfortable and when the ac wasn't working the changed the room for us. The hotel is more like an apartment hotel. And is very close to patong beach (5 min walk) and very close to the main strip. The hotel has laundry service and moped hire service

That the booking said we payed for breakfast which I never did, and they told us on second last day. Tried to get a refund or next time we book we can get the breakfast we paid for. Didn’t want to know about it.

The location is great! It is right in the heart of Patong and Bangla road but without the hustle and bustle. The staff were amazing! Room is clean and tidy with a big balcony! Breakfast was continental but limited menu option. Staff very nice, offered to pack food when we had to leave for day trips.

Location is great - close to the beach (5 minutes walking) and close to cafes, bars, shopping and eateries (5 minutes walking), but because in the courtyard very quiet. The cleaning of the room was very good and stuff were very polite and welcoming. You get free bottles of water each day and towels

This room is really nice! The staff is so friendly, and the location is absolutely fantastic. I just love our balcony, it's like having our own little entrance. And did you see the parking spots? They're huge! Plus, this place feels super safe. I'm really liking it here!
