If you are staying here and don’t intend to cook then its more than fine, beds are okay and TV was good, plus wifi was good so we could use our chromecast well. We really enjoyed our stay here. A good hotel with modern looking, spacious rooms. It's mostly populated by nearby muay thai gym members. So there's no parties or noise. Convenient location with a bit od walking from the main road.

The best stay ever in Thailand. Rooms were sparkling clean, everyone working there was so nice and welcoming. Beds are comfortable, AC working perfectly. Could not wish for more. They even do laundry (very affordable) and fold everything nicely. It’s close to lots of bars, restaurants and massages.
