During my stay I dealt with three people that works at the front desk they were all super friendly and very helpful. It is a perfect place just to sleep your night away very close to Ekkamai bus station, BTS and many eating values. The staff is super friendly and in general you get what you pay for. Note that if you have a room with a window it will overlook Sukhumvit and can be noisy.
