First it turned out to be a hostel not a hotel. I specifically asked for a hotel. It was a dive and was a half hour from the airport by taxi. I requested a hotel in walking distance!

The staff are excellent. Always happy to help and give recommendations! Rooms were nice and big. Instayed in a 6-person dorm and the room was great. Beds are comfy. Also the location is quite good, less than 10 min walk to Terminal 21 & their amazing food court!

I have been to many hostels in Thailand, but I must say hands down this is the best. It's a welcoming and warm atmosphere right off the bat, and feels like a home away from home. There is a cute area to sit outside, with nice decor. It makes you feel like you're away from the hectic city. Still this
