Very nice room, spacious, always clean and all the accessories, coffee, water were refilled everyday. It was quiet, we didn't hear the noise from the street. AC was working fine, but it's loud. Stuff was always very polite. We liked a hotel restaurant, breakfasts were ok - not a lot of variety, but

We had a pleasant 12-day stay. The hotel staff, including security, reception, waiters, and room cleaners, were all very professional and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. The food was good and met our expectations. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location—everything

Really nice hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were better than expected in terms of size and comfort. The staff tried to do their very best at all times. The location is convenient as well and the area seems to be clean and close to BTS (bit of a walk) and busses or the taxis.

The pool. But it’s hard to like something about a place when the negatives far outweigh the positives. The hotel is also close to the Sky train for easy access to the airport.

Convenient location, as we had to attend 4-day event at KingPower, which was only 5 mins walk away. And loved that there were many street food, convenient stores and massage parlours near the hotel. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet spread, which was a good balance of local and continental.

The scent of the hotel. We will definitely consider this hotel if we decide to go back in BKK. Few steps to Duty Free, 20 minutes walk to platinum and pratunam shopping malls less than 2 meters to 7-11 (they serves freshly baked breads), lots of streets food, fruits and restaurants.
