It was a super new property. It was furnished well and the pool was an amazing touch. We really enjoyed the lovely women who were running it. One of them even dropped us to our NYE plans because it was close by. Can’t recommend this place enough and whenever I’m in Phuket again I will 100% be stayin

For me it's a 5* hotel, it's not a luxury hotel but absolutely the best at its price in Thailand. All 4* hotels were worse than Vivance hotel. great service, great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach but wonderfully quiet in the evening, without crowds, loud music and shouting from the restaurant.
