The staff, facilities and location are great. The pool albeit small was good to have in this heat. Great AC and nice shower. Theres a lady up the road at No. 21 just in the bend who would rent you a scooter for 200 baht a day and do your laundry for 30 baht. The cheapest on the street and very helpf

Really like the grounds at the hotel, plenty of green space for the kids to run around. Swimming pool was also good. The location was easy to walk to Kata beach and also to the main centre.
