The room is clean. The staff are really polite and always helpful. I didn’t have a charger to charge my phone but the receptionist lady provided me with the charger for my 5 day stay) In addition, they provided a bread, coffee, jam etc for FREE. One of the best hostel ever. I really enjoyed staying
