The room was soooo big!! There was a mix up with the check-in with our room but the staff was quick to fix it. The receptionists helped us with booking a ferry and with places to go see! Location is decent within walking 10-15 minutes to old town.

The most dirty is horrible hotel I have ever booked in Thailand. No windows, dark, dirty toilet, I refused to shower and use the hotel towels, torn sheets so old they are. We had a gorgeous room, very spacious and comfortable with great natural light. Balcony was small but absolutely fine. Staff were so friendly and helpful which made our stay great. Also very good location fir the main sights of Phuket

The room was very spacious and in a good part of the town, near to everything you needed to see. The host was particularly helpful, allowing us to stay an extra night without any issue and sorting out a taxi to get us to the airport at a fair price.
