Room upgrade I was given was exceptional value. Bed was very comfortable. Everything else as expected. Area outside hotel has little traffic and so it is very quiet in all the rooms.

Location is good for Phuket Town, 30min walk from Bus terminal 1. Room good size Tea and Coffee and Cups and Kettle. Reasonable price. Aircon was good. Quiet location. We had a nice stay here.

The lady at the counter was absolutely amazing! I lost both my bamk cards and didn't have cash, so I was using my phone to pay. The card ready was not picking it up. The hotel is definitely value for money. Extremely clean. The most helpful staff and the shower was the best I've experienced in all of Thailand very powerful with good temperatures settings and control. Would definitely stay again.
