Staff were exceptional. Shout out to the in-house yoga/Pilate instructor, she was awesome. The technicians, waiters, receptionists, and buggy drivers were all very friendly and helpful! the bed gave us some of the best night sleeps. the sweetspots were thoughtful, and we really enjoyed the tennis

The breakfast is adequate. Staff are friendly in The Kitchen Table and Namu restaurants. ‘Sweet Spot’ stations where residents can take free cold drinks and ice creams is a nice feature. Good gym and Wi-Fi. However, this is where it ends. This hotel is a huge disappointment.

we enjoyed the villa with private pool and easy beach access, great for relaxation and some beach activities such as kayaking and volly ball. got good food selection , breakfast , beach bar and the Japanese restaurant, was very good all in all. staff was great and helpful all the time without hesita

This is one of the best hotels on the island. While we stayed in other hotels and this was for us the favorite one. The service, area to relax, a huge garden villa. Amazing!

The sole reason i picked W Koh Samui was the amazing room (Ocean View) they had and the view it came with. In addition i was beyond happy with the breakfast that was included with the stay!
