the rooms look cheap and the bathroom is outdoors with walls and a roof that isn’t insulated and it therefore gets insanely hot, humid and gross. the shower is dirty. due to a family emergency I couldn’t finish my entire stay and the staff wasn’t helpful or understanding about it.

The staff were so lovely, we had to change accomodation last minute and booked this 20mins before we arrived. They set us up with towels and drinks on the beach whilst preparing our room for us. the property staff were very nice and attentive and always had a smile on their face. the location is at a quite point of Chaweng beach and the water was amazing. clean and comfy rooms and walking distance to great restaurants (they also had an amazing breakfast and their dinner menu was very good).
