They charged a booking fee of 3% that was not clearly stated. The rooms are in a building that requires many flights of staircases. Not good if you have suitcases or are unfit. The beach is much further than stated. There is no 'implied' arrangement for guests to use sunbeds or facilities at the hot

The Samui Green Hotel was a solid place to stay. Rooms were large, and clean. Was in a good location, scooter rental forsure added to our overall experience. Close to several massage places, restaurants, and 7/11. Is not the fanciest place ever, but absolutely gets the job done for a few nights.

Great location with a short walk north to Samui Central mall which houses all sorts of shops and is stunning at night. It's open 1000-2200. To the south are the quieter, more established restaurants and bars which we referred to as Old Town. The beach is behind the hotel and only a short walk away
