Moonhut Bungalows features a private beach and cozy bungalows on Maenam Beach in northern Koh Samui. Aside from free parking, it also has a tropical beachfront restaurant. Stand-alone bungalows are equipped with air conditioning and Western-style bathrooms with hot-water showers.
A private balcony and personal safe are included. Some bungalows have a satellite TV and fridge. Moonhut Bungalows is a 15-minute drive from central Chaweng Beach and the Big Buddha.
It is a 20-minute drive from Samui Airport. Guests can request for a traditional Thai massage, arrange a day trip at the tour desk, or rent a jeep to explore the island. Kayaks can also be rented at the beach.
The Moonhut Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It serves a selection of Thai and international dishes.

Location was great, great huts, we stayed in a fan but with garden view. ,Angela's restaurant served really good food. Really enjoyed our stay.

Price vs location, it's one the best so far, I only stayed 2 nights as per travel commitments but would have extended if not. Staff were helpful, "Sea cat" was a cool cat and you might find him chilling on your outdoor chairs, and the Parrot was good fun at breakfast time. 7/11 - 5min walk.

Lovely location on a beautiful beach, with access to sunbeds and umbrellas included. Private and peaceful. We got a good price booking in advance, but the price that came up to extend the stay was excessive. Close to main road for food, shops and transport.

Amazing beach with chairs. The best beach I was on in Samui. It is in a good section of beautiful sands. Room was basic but for the price and beach front is an amazing deal.

This place is magical. It is a bit scruffy around the edges, but that's just superficial stuff. Everything works that needs to. You are staying right by/on the beach. There are a few beach restaurants and bars, a very short walk up the beach. They all close fairly early, and the nights are peaceful.

Good food at Angela’s at moonhut. Enjoyed every meal. Lovely to walk from bungalow onto sand and into the sea. The resort manager Jane was extremely helpful and sorted out all travel arrangements

Nothing beats opening your door to 10meters of beach between you and the ocean. The rooms are clean and well furnished for the price. The staff are very attentive and hands on. The restaurant onsite - Angela’s - is also very good. You can rent paddleboard and motorbikes onsite. Special thanks to

It was a really nice and quiet stay. The bungalows are right at the beautiful beach. The restaurant/bar had everything you need and the staff was great. We loved it that much that we decided to stay a few days longer.
