  : Staff were fantastic and room was cleaned regularly. Clean fresh towels when I needed them. Fantastic street food and restaurants close to the hotel. Easy to walk to the ferry pier to travel to Asiatique.
  : The booking was made for 2 adults which was not able to be kept to, but there were only 2 hangers in the room?Its also a shame that you cannot really sit and enjoy a coffee on the balcony as the view is terrible! Just an old building in front of you and a dirty stream. The hotel is just off a noisy main road so not much sleep if you are a light sleeper.

  : We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful and were always cheerful. The area is really good for visiting sights on the river and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There are also two malls and four grocery stores within easy walking distance. The room was clean and great value for money. We would gladly stay there again.
  : On the booking website, washing machine is listed as an amenity. We assumed this meant either there was one in the room or it was free. Usually places that charge have laundry listed as a hotel, not room, amenity and they often specify that it is for a fee. However, the washing machine is outside and costs 40 baht. This is not really that big of a problem and wouldn't have bothered us at all we hadn't specifically searched for a place with a washing machine in the room. However, since we had, it was a bit of an annoyance. The other annoyance was being charged an extra fee for paying with a credit card. Booking specifically said there was no credit card fee. We were refunded the fee immediately when we later showed this to them. Both of these problems could easily be fixed by updating the Booking site to avoid misconceptions.

  : The Light bulb and the refrigerator does not work, No Doormat for restroom and The hotel call us for direct transfer the fund before check-in that does not meet the conditions via booking.com : pay at the hotel by credit card. They should apply the payment methods of the Booking.com system for tracking and verify in case of problem.
