  : The room is not clean, there is dust at the head of the bed, there are cigarette butts on the balcony and the balcony is not clean, the air conditioner is not cool, the towels are stained, the closet has old guests' items inside, the water provided in the room was opened before entering. , Soap has stains on the bottle, the bathroom is not clean, the mirror is stained.

  : It was the most affordable for my three friends and I
  : The "deluxe double room" was advertised as having two queen beds, which would have fit two in one bed and two in the other, and is what we paid more for, but when we arrived we found it only had one queen bed and a single size futon sofa. We could make this work, but it's not what we paid for, as we were expecting two queen beds.The check in process was very confusing and was completely digital until we had to wait for a person to give us our key, and we also had to pay while there although it said the payment would be taken out before we got there but was not.The room itself looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in at least weeks. There was no trash, but there were old cobwebs and spiders everywhere, and the shower leaked. We also found some stains on the bed.And, although advertised as two queen beds, there was only one blanket, two towels, and when asked for additional blankets, the staff was really...weird...about getting them for us, and took them from an empty room.The location is also really confusing and hidden, but is close to a Big C which is nice.There were also not any amenities, no toilet paper either, the only thing was a half-empty bottle of soap next to the sink labeled "body wash" Which left much to be desired

  : There was literally nothing to like about this hotel.
  : Room was dirty, dingy, and looked like a prison cell. Infested with mosquitoes (I killed 11, another 3 had been in the bathroom that I didn't kill, and another in the room that I didn't kill). Also infested with ants and some other insects I don't recognize. Oh, and spiders. Lots of spider webs and spiders. The room had water damage from leaking roof (or upper floor, I don't know). There was no hotel staff to speak of. When we arrived it was raining and we had to wait outside until they opened the door. I couldn't even get into the lobby to wait. We waited over 15 minutes before we got in. Within the first 30 minutes of getting to our room I had already made a reservation for another hotel for the next night. I contacted OYO and asked that I change from two nights to one night and they declined. Here is a suggestion for OYO. If a guest asks to shorted their stay within minutes of arriving, that means you have made dome horrible mistakes. Don't tell them to go call someone else. I tried to take the high road and give you the opportunity to fix the problems and you declined.
