  : The location was great.The atmosphere of the reception staff was varied, but everyone was friendly.Two bottles of bottled water and vegetable juice were left there every day.
  : Facilities are old.The day I checked in, there was hair on the floor and it was not very clean.The rooms are cleaned every day after that, but there is always hair on the floor.The entrance is difficult to find.Noisy surroundings.

  : Awful hotel, please avoid it. The rooms are tiny. My room did not even have a desk or anywhere to sit, other than the bed. Extremely disappointed because the photos in Booking.com give the impression that the rooms are spacious and new. This is misleading, incorrect and fraudulent. The reality is exactly the opposite - old rooms, mold in bathroom, cracks in walls, the lobby smells of damp. The rooms are also noisy, you can hear traffic from all directions as well as conversations from other room. Do NOT stay at this hotel

  : In theory the rooms with a small kitchen are great if you want to prepare food yourself. I will also say that the staff were polite, including a new lady who had just started there and was her first day. There is a 7-11 literally underneath the hotel which is nice!
  : Well for one thing, they gave us a completely dirty room, the halls and reception smelt of sewerage and I was later told that before we checked into that room there was a man frying food in there for two weeks straight. It was absolutely gross and clearly had not been cleaned. Then as we awoke in the morning we found a massive rat going through the bin in the room. This was on the third floor by the way then the hotel did not want to give us another room despite the fact a rat was running around the room and refused to issue a refund for the unused night if we tried to leave early. Eventually they conceded and gave us another room on the fourth floor which low and behold was clean as a whistle. I suspect they gave us the worst room in the hotel on purpose as they literally had a clean room available and only offered it once a rat was found. Overall, just save yourself the hassle and book any other place in Bangkok, it cant be much worse than this was. Also the bedsheets had blood stains on them and they kept marking my card as invalid on Booking before i turned up. I suspect this is an elaborate way to cancel the booking as you must provide an updated payment method within a timeframe or the reservation gets cancelled. If they couldnt provide us with a service why not just cancel the booking?

  : Understand that this hotel is an old hotel, the shower needs a lot of improvement.
