: I love that the hotel pictures on the website are really what it is in real life. We got a room on the 5F with no window but the room size is big, airconditioning works well, bed may be a bit hard for most but for me it is okay, pillows are a bit on the soft side (but you can request for an extra), water pressure is great. We just had a little issue with the housekeeping - although may be because the hotel is full of guest, there were days when our room wasn't cleaned. But don't fret, you just need to tell the front desk and they will get into it - hopefully this will be resolved in the future as it is a hassle to go up and down even if there is a lift to constantly request for housekeeping, as there is no telephone in the room. The location is also a plus, right in the middle of Pratunam - go crazy on market finds! Having said that, it is also a bit of a downfall as most of the transportation provider Grab, tuktuk, and taxi wouldn't be able to enter the hotel street when the night market hour starts - but don't worry from the drop-off point hotel is about 2 meters away. Tip: there is a 4AM - 8:30AM market schedule, which is the best time to go goods hunting - wider variety at a lower price. Very easy to find food within the area, 7-11 just beside the hotel. Food carts and kiosk aligned outside - no chance of getting hungry. If you are up for adventure 11mins walk to Platinum Fashion Mall and a bit further Big C Supercenter (grocery, if there is a need). Indra Square and Bayoke are 5-7mins walk from the hotel. Pharmacy/Drugstore are also all over the place - just in case you'll be needing medicines. Best Rate (really the name of the establishment) left side from the hotel for your currency exchange needs - best rate indeed! Grateful for the service provided by the staff - they'll do their best to make your stay pleasant as possible. Although we have a mishap on our first day the rest of our stay was great.
: Something to consider; the hotel price point when compared to other accommodation would perhaps fall on the deluxe or higher category with breakfast already; within the same area. Sleepstation does not offer breakfast and toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap) are not provided as well. Maybe its just me as I was used to having those things on our previous accommodation and may be this is the hotel trend now a days.
