  : Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. The balcony was nice to have as well. AC was cold and shower hot. The nearby markets (day and night markets) were pleasant. 7/11 pretty close by and plenty of food options, although they mostly close a bit early.
  : Location is a bit far from the centre (either old town or new town) and ~10 mins walk to the MRT station, which is ok without bags but harder with. Also, there were random dogs barking loudly close to the building which woke me up earlier than I would've liked. Also, no stairs in the building which might be an inconvenience for some (ok for me).

  : pricing is reasonable, but if there ever increase the price then I would probably seek alternative place to stay.
  : Huai Khwang is not that centrally located within BKK. you would need to take train and then change to BTS to reach places of interest. OYO is within walking distance but if you have heavy bag, the walk would start to sap your energy. it takes 6-8 min walk from Huai Khwang train station.
