  : I am one of the highest rating members with level 2 and a seasoned traveller. Below are my fair share of both +ve & -ve feedbacks.+ve1. Good hospitality. Owner (Anurak) is over-caring and extremely helpful.2. Not difficult to find the location using Google map.3. Paid reasonable price. No high expectation for the price that I paid. 4. Hotwater available.5. Motorcycle can be parked in the enclosed vicinity.6. A few cubicles for shower.
  : -ve1. I stayed in room 2 (window facing the sunset & restaurant). Room is terribly warm throughout the day. Anurak never change room for me despite I sounded this to him.2. As the room window is facing the restaurant, noise from restaurant is noisy from 6pm until 1am every night. Noise last till 2am on Friday & Saturday. Unable to sleep. In fact, it is noisy (from the traffic, 40meter away) throughout the day in the room.3. Many times, WiFi connection has been switched off between 4am & 6.30am. Can't get online when I tried to use during that time. 4. Owner's over-concerning and nosey questions made me uncomfortable.5. Recommended to go for Anurak's regular dentist. Treatment fees not cheap. Probably, I am a tourist, the price was higher. Also, not sure whether did Anurak take a commission from Dentist for patient referral.

  : The owner is an extremely kind person. He gladly provides you with any information to visit bangkok in the best way. When I left his hotel he negotiated with many taxi drivers for me to get a better price.
  : Very far from the subway and skytrain (bts).

  : What makes this homestay amazing is the owner. Anurak is super helpful and treats you like family! Clean, comfortable, ideal for solo backpackers.
